Sur Lie: Dry (brut) sparkling apple wine made from Belle de Boskoop apples, which have been left in contact with yeast (sur lie) for 8 months with subsequent second fermentation in the bottle. A perfect Danish alternative to Champagne, Cava or Cremant.
Elmsfeuer: Semi-dry (Sec) sparkling rhubarb wine made from juicy Danish rhubarb. Serve chilled and recommended for summer salads, young vegetables, fjord prawns, spiny lobster, air-dried ham, tapas and goat's cheese. Gold at Cider World Frankfurt 2021 and Gold at NICA in Norway in November 2022.
