Sparkling Gin & Tonic is a sparkling cocktail that is prepared using the traditional method. The tonic is made from china bark, lemongrass and spices, and the gin is distilled with lots of herbs and juniper berries. The tonic ferments in the bottle until we get a pressure of 6 bar and small bubbles form. The yeast is removed from the bottles and we add gin and sugar in dosage.
Sparkling Gin & Tonic is served over ice with herbs and citrus fruits.
