Sparkling Gin & Tonic: We have made a tonic from scratch, which is subsequently bottle-fermented, like any other method traditional wine. Then 6 bar pressure, small bubbles and added a tasty Danish gin. Perfect balance and ready to serve - bon appetit!

Sur Lie: Dry (brut) sparkling apple wine made from Belle de Boskoop apples, which have been left in contact with yeast (sur lie) for 8 months with subsequent second fermentation in the bottle. A perfect Danish alternative to Champagne, Cava or Cremant.

Elmsfeuer: Semi-dry (Sec) sparkling rhubarb wine made from juicy Danish rhubarb. Serve chilled and recommended for summer salads, young vegetables, fjord prawns, spiny lobster, air-dried ham, tapas and goat's cheese. Gold at Cider World Frankfurt 2021 and Gold at NICA in Norway in November 2022.

Bliss is a semi-dry sparkling raspberry wine made from raspberries of the Lagorai and Autumn Bliss varieties. Bliss is served chilled and is recommended as a different and exquisite aperitif or as a perfect companion to summer dishes, desserts and cheeses.

Discover: Semi-sweet sparkling rosé wine made from apples and summer berries with only 2% alcohol. Served chilled and recommended for fish, shellfish, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese and sour desserts.

Ben A Barrique: Sweet sparkling blackcurrant wine aged in casks since 2018. Enjoy alone or with mature cheeses.
