Glögg på Stiletter - a sparkling fruit wine with Christmas spices

Sparkling Christmas is a sweet sparkling Christmas wine made from Danish blackcurrants and Christmas spices.

In the Nordic climate, Blackcurrants have optimal conditions. The temperature differences between the cool nights and the long bright days give the berries a long ripening time, which develops a fantastic aroma and a completely unique acid profile. The must is fermented with Christmas spices at a low temperature, after which the wine is fermented a second time in the bottle.

Serve Sparkling Christmas chilled as an aperitif on Christmas Eve with baked goods, chocolate and confectionery, or as an accompaniment to Christmas lunch.

Sparkling Christmas is also suitable for aperitifs, desserts and cheese.
