and berries to produce a beautifully dry and complex wine. After fermentation, the alcohol percentage is only >0.5%, but surprises with its
fullness and well-defined acidity. Enjoy it with snacks and food. Notes of rhubarb, elderflower, red berries, green herbs and apple.
