Sigrid: Dry (brut) sparkling apple wine made from Ingrid Marie, Jonagored and Belle De Boskoop apples. Serve chilled and recommended as an aperitif. The wine has been voted Best Sparkling Apple Wine at the Danish Wine Show 2022 and has received silver at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) in Bergen, Norway 2022.
Elmsfeuer: Semi-dry (Sec) sparkling rhubarb wine made from juicy Danish rhubarb. Serve chilled and recommended for summer salads, young vegetables, fjord prawns, spiny lobster, air-dried ham, tapas and goat's cheese. Gold at Cider World Frankfurt 2021 and Gold at NICA in Norway in November 2022.
Rose Marie: Sweet (Doux) sparkling rosé wine with only 2% alcohol made from apples and summer berries. Served chilled and recommended for fish, seafood, sushi, vegetable dishes, cheese and sour desserts.
Discover: Low-alcohol (2%) sweet (doux) sparkling apple wine made from 'Discover' apples. Served chilled and recommended as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to shellfish, fish and acidic desserts. Gold at the International Food Contest 2017.
Stevns: Sweet (doux) sparkling cherry wine made from Stevns cherries and with a wonderful acidity, so that the wine appears balanced and not too sweet. Serve cold with desserts such as chocolate cake, ice cream, wreath cake, rice salamander, confectionery and cheese.
Ben A: Sweet (doux) sparkling blackcurrant wine. Serve cold with desserts such as chocolate cake, ice cream, wreath cake, rice salamander, confectionery and cheese.
