The yeast is then removed from the bottles, and gin and sugar are added during the dosage process.

2) Sparkling Mojito

Sparkling Mojito is a sparkling cocktail made from natural ingredients: lemongrass, cane sugar, aged rum, lime, and fresh mint. It is produced using the traditional method, resulting in fine, naturally formed bubbles and a delicate mousse.

3) Spritz

Spritz is a sparkling cocktail made from red currants, apple wine, oranges, and rum. It is produced using the traditional method and aged in the bottle for five years. The result is a sparkling cocktail with fine, naturally formed bubbles and a delicate mousse.
