Sparkling Rhubarb is produced from Rhubarb, elderflower, apple and red berries. Sparkling Rhubarb is a sparkling non-alcoholic wine, full-bodied and aromatic. Produced with both fruit and berries to create a beautiful complexity. After fermentation, the alcohol percentage is <0.5% but surprises with its full body and lovely acidity. Very suitable for relaxing meals. Notes of rhubarb, elderflower, red berries, green herbs and apples.
