Rondom

Rondom Ribs is a sparkling dessert wine. Rondom Ribs is made from Danish red currants of the Rondom variety. The Nordic climate provides optimal conditions for Rondom Ribs. The temperature differences between the cool nights and the long, bright days give the red currants a long ripening period, which develops a fantastic aroma and a completely unique acid profile. The whole currants are spontaneously fermented, pressed and mixed with apple. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging for at least 12 months. The result is a complex dessert wine with summer wildness. Notes of fresh red currants, gooseberries and smoke.

Serve Rondom Ribs with white chocolate mousse, pancakes with ice cream, crème brûlée and cheesecake.
